Is GiftStaff a payment card or a voucher?
Neither. GiftStaff is a spend card that opens a real product marketplace. Recipients browse actual products from real brands — localised to their country — and pick something they want. We source it and deliver it. There's no voucher to redeem elsewhere, no generic gift card.
What brands can they shop from?
Global brands like Nike, Apple, Adidas, Sony and The Ordinary alongside local brands wherever they are — so someone in Lagos sees MTN and local dining options, someone in London sees Boots and Pret. The catalogue is country-specific.
Can I send to multiple employees at once?
Yes. Send to one person or upload a full team list. You can also schedule sends for key dates in advance.
What if employees don't find something they like?
The catalogue includes both global brands and local brands in each country — so the options are always relevant to where they are, not a generic list. We curate across tech, wellness, home and food so every budget level has real choices.
Who handles fulfilment and delivery?
